3/16/2019 Unserviceable Flag Ceremony March 16th at Huntington Beach

Our post has gathered many torn and tattered flags from Irvine residents over the past year. At our March post meeting, we separated the cotton and nylon flags to prepare for the ceremony. Nylon flags will be recycled with another non-profit and cotton flags will be ceremoniously retired. Veterans Day

In honor of our veterans and in support of their families, the City of Irvine will host a special Veterans Day Ceremony on Sunday, November 11th from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the formal garden area at the Colonel Bill Barber Marine Corps Memorial Park.
